How to pack different types of products
IT equipment & electronics
Use the original box or a sturdy cardboard box with protection on all sides (foam, bubble wrap). Secure the cables and accessories properly.
Artwork
Paintings, sculptures, or statuettes should be placed in wooden crates and securely fixed with cushioning materials that absorb mechanical shocks.
Musical instruments
Use the original packaging or a wooden crate with a protected interior. Secure any moving parts and ensure stable fixation.
Books, magazines & printed materials
Place them in a sturdy cardboard box, protected with paper or wrap. Seal the box with adhesive tape or a plastic strap.
Common packaging mistakes
- ❌ Do not use worn, torn, or wet boxes — they lose their strength during transport.
- 📦 Do not place fragile items together with heavy products in the same parcel.
- 📏 Do not leave empty spaces — fill them with protective materials.
- 🧃 Do not ship liquids without leak-proof packaging — they can damage other parcels.
- 🏷️ Do not place the AWB label on curved or unclean surfaces.
- ⚖️ Do not exceed the maximum allowed weight of 25 kg.
Asigură protecție la interior
Fill empty spaces with bubble wrap, foam, or crumpled paper to prevent items from shifting inside the parcel.
Pune obiectele fragile în centrul cutiei, astfel încât să nu atingă pereții exteriori și să fie protejate uniform.
Separă articolele cu materiale moi (folie, carton, burete) pentru a evita contactul direct între ele.
Asigură-te că interiorul e complet fixat — dacă agiți ușor coletul, conținutul nu trebuie să se miște.
Sigilează toate marginile cutiei cu bandă adezivă rezistentă. Nu folosi bandă decorativă sau lipici slab.
Lipește eticheta de transport (AWB) pe o suprafață plană, curată și vizibilă — de preferat pe partea superioară a coletului.
Gata de livrare
Verifică coletul – asigură-te că este sigilat corect, fără spații goale, iar eticheta AWB este lipită vizibil pe partea superioară.
Predă pachetul curierului cu încredere. Curierul preia coletul, îl scanează și pornește procesul de livrare în rețeaua noastră europeană.
